Leadership as a Mindset

Extraordinary leaders have the ability to realize that what they know may not get them where they want to go. They are able and willing to let go of old ways of thinking and create "new thinking" and a "new mindset".

Leadership, as a mindset

Our experience and research has shown that the current leadership mindset, or thinking, is what rules the day. What you do, how you lead, your choices and decisions are all based on your current framework of thinking, or mindset. It is actually the thinking and mindset that shapes the organization's current results.

We have developed a methodology that enables the leadership of an organization to first separate or distinguish the current mindset then shift it and design and build a new growth leadership mindset that produces unprecedented, extraordinary results.

This new organizational mindset is focused on growth, innovation, risk and imagination. Not only does this new thinking and mindset revitalize the creativity and passion of the senior management but also it inculcates the organization "Changing Leadership DNA" of the organization.

Leadership as Leverage

Leadership is the leverage that impacts results. The problem is no one knows how leadership leverage works in organizations! People spend an enormous amount of time and energy trying to adjust the result or manage the resources rather than influencing the fulcrum. The closer the fulcrum is to the load or result, the easier the load is to move or the result is to attain. In organizations, the Fulcrum is leadership. The more leadership you can build that is focused on the result, the more "mechanical" advantage you will have. Most people are spending time redeploying staff, cutting staff, adjusting goals, spending more money, spending less money, creating committees, manipulating processes, and pointing fingers. Instead, true leaders move the fulcrum closer to the result by building a leadership capability at all levels of the organization. The more people that are authentically connected to the organizational purpose, vision and goals, the more leverage the organization has to achieve the extraordinary.
