Professional Background
Eunice joins LRC with more than twenty years of investment industry experience. As Senior Vice President for a nationally recognized investment advisory firm, Eunice was instrumental in growing and developing the firm from a start up to a viable and sustainable growth business. She is recognized for having significant success in identifying, creating, implementing and sustaining initiatives that drive organizational action and profitability.
Business Experience
Eunice is an innovative and persuasive leader who translates possibilities into results. She brings vast knowledge and extensive experience in building all aspects of a business and is particularly effective in guiding change that results in more effective and productive operations.
Having facilitated and lead programs for a global training and development firm, Eunice has worked with hundreds of individuals on the issues of leadership development, high performance, effectiveness, productivity and overall well-being.
Eunice's commitment to making a difference extends into the community through her involvement with several nonprofit initiatives. Her charitable activities have included serving as a mentor and guest speaker for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and participating in an investor delegation to Senegal, West Africa with The Hunger Project, a strategic organization committed to the sustainable end of world hunger. Additionally, she periodically serves as a counselor for Camp Dreamcatcher, an organization serving children with or affected by HIV Aids. Eunice is a 2004 Rotary International recipient of an ambassadorial scholarship to Queensland, Australia.
Education
Eunice holds a B.A. in English from Arcadia University and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Southeastern Pennsylvania and enjoys international leisure travel, photography and beaching it.
